We like to keep things simple. This page tells you what data we hold, what we do with it, and the ground rules for taking part. If anything here feels unclear, email us at hello@katiefordvet.com and we'll do our best to explain it in plain English.
What we hold
Only what you give us in the form
The only details we collect are the ones you choose to submit in the survey – usually your name and email address, plus whatever you tell us about what you'd like VetMed Lasso to become.
That data is stored in Google Forms, managed by Katie Ford Limited, 41 Stonebreaks Road, Springhead, UK. We do not sell your details to anyone else. We do not pass them to third parties for marketing. We barely know what we're doing with our own email inboxes, let alone anyone else's.
The reason we reach out would be to update you on progress with this project, or to tell you about things relevant to VetMed Lasso. That's it. No spam, no unrelated newsletters, no sudden pivot to selling tote bags.
If you ever want to be removed from the list, just email hello@katiefordvet.com and we'll take you off. No awkwardness.
Taking part
Terms & conditions
VetMed Lasso is a community-based initiative run by a group of like-minded veterinary professionals. It is not a business. It is not therapy, a substitute for therapy, or a professional service. It is not a substitute for coaching or professional coaching. If you need clinical, psychological or professional support, please reach out to a qualified professional or a veterinary support service in your country.
Nothing said in our sessions counts as advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It's a room of people who like a TV show and want to talk about what it means for working life in vet med. Treat it like a really good chat in a clubhouse, not a consultation.
We welcome members from across the world. The views expressed by any participant, speaker, or organiser are their own and are not explicitly the views of VetMed Lasso as a whole.
About the show
Ted Lasso is not us, and we are not Ted Lasso
VetMed Lasso is an independent, unofficial community project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected in any way to Ted Lasso, Apple Inc., Apple TV, Warner Bros. Television, Doozer Productions, Universal Television, or any of the programme's cast, crew, writers or rights holders. All trademarks, characters and copyrighted material remain the property of their respective owners.
We do not host, stream, share or distribute episodes or clips. If you want to watch the programme, you'll need your own subscription to Apple TV (or your own DVD box set). We can't help with that, and we won't be sharing episodes. Treat your own access to the show like a responsible adult: it's your subscription, your account, your responsibility.
All the images on this site have been created fresh for VetMed Lasso. If you spot anything that looks off, or you think we've accidentally tripped over something we shouldn't have, please let us know.

If something's not right
If you have any concerns, complaints, or just want to flag something, email hello@katiefordvet.com. We aim to get back to you within 28 working days. If it's more serious, we'll pass it on to the founding organisers of VetMed Lasso to look at together.
